Loan Process
Step 1 - Start:
It is easy to start your mortgage process with us! Simply register an account with us and fill out our online application. A Loan Consultant will reach out to you within one business day to review your loan information and answer any and all questions you may have.
You may also apply in person at our office. Simply call us during business hours to schedule a time with one of our Loan Consultants, and leave the rest to us.
Step 2 - Processing:
Your Loan Consultant will gather the required documents from you and make recommendations that will best fit your needs.
Your loan consultant will also provide you with disclosure documents that will need to be signed. Lastly, your interest rates and specific loan terms will be discussed with you.
Step 3 - Approval:
Once a decision has been made, your complete file will be submitted to our underwriting department for approval. We will request any additional documentation and verify the accuracy of the file.
Step 4 - Signing:
Once your loan is fully approved and clear for closing, we will be in contact with your Escrow Officer or Title Company to confirm the receipt of loan documents. During the signing of your loan documents, your Escrow Officer or Title Company will answer any questions you may have.
Step 5 - Finish:
Once the loan documents have been successfully and accurately signed. Your loan will be funded by an assigned closer and our process is complete. Enjoy your new home!
